Data and Reporting Project Manager  

The Data and Reporting Project Manager plays a strategic role in supporting institutional and state-wide initiatives by overseeing data management and reporting for multiple grant-funded projects. This position ensures the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of program data while developing timely performance metrics summaries and forecasts to keep project teams and leadership fully informed. Collaborating across all levels of internal and external stakeholders, the Project Manager designs and develops data communications, project presentations, meeting materials, instruction manuals, toolkits, and comprehensive reports. Acting as a liaison among partners, program developers, and organizational units, the Project Manager supports the execution of key deliverables and contributes to innovative partnerships that drive business growth, workforce development, and accelerated pathways to in-demand careers. This is a grant-funded position. 

The primary functions of the role include: 

• Ensuring and maintaining the accuracy and integrity of program data, in compliance with grant standards 
• Gathering and analyzing data for monthly, quarterly, and annual grant reports  
• Designing and maintaining data management systems, handbooks, and toolkits 
• Onboarding and training both internal and external partners with grant management data systems 
• Providing support and technical assistance to internal and external partners 
• Assisting with the creation and presentation of communication materials to key stakeholders, including executive summaries and PowerPoints 
• Other related duties aligned with data and program management, as assigned
