Conference Theme: "Bloom Where You Are Planted"
At the OAIRP Spring 2025 Conference, our theme is "Bloom Where You Are Planted", celebrating growth, resilience, and thriving where you are, no matter your circumstances. Just as a plant blooms wherever it is rooted, this theme encourages us to flourish and contribute in the environments we inhabit—despite challenges, self-doubt, or feelings of inadequacy.
Imposter syndrome is common in institutional research and planning, where many professionals may feel they don’t belong, or fear they’ll be "found out." However, much like a flower doesn’t question its ability to bloom, we too can embrace our inherent value and contribute meaningfully. At this conference, we’ll focus on overcoming imposter syndrome by recognizing our growth and expertise, and by empowering one another to share our unique insights and ideas.
We’ll explore how we can nurture our professional development, break through self-doubt, and seize leadership opportunities. Together, we can all bloom where we are planted.
If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to OAIRP. We look forward to seeing you at the conference!
Best Regards,
Sincerely,
Ohio Association for Institutional Research and Planning
