This is a grant funded position which will support Title III initiatives through the collection, tracking, analysis, evaluation and visualization of data for decision-making and reporting grant project goals. The Data Analyst will work as part of the Rhodes State College Institutional Research (IR) team to develop and maintain data dashboards/visualizations, assist with data requests related to federal reporting requirements (as needed), and create other data-informed materials which augment the availability, accessibility, use of resources. 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, social sciences, or related field, required
• Use of MS SQL Management Studio, preferred
• Working knowledge of relational database technology, data mining, and higher education administrative systems; experience with Ellucian Banner and Tableau a plus
